Come to think of it, the last time I subscribed to either the NST or The Star was back in 1987 or thereabouts. Here's to 23 years since I weaned myself off birdcage liners! As for TV, never actually watched except for a few days at my parents in JB when both were alive - or when visiting TV-addict friends. In the US I used to stay up till 4AM watching reruns of classic movies :-)
